Through the Christmas campaign organized every year by “Ziarul de Iasi” to help people in need from Iasi county, a sponsorship was set up for the children of the school in Alexeni, Tibana commune.
Various gifts, shoes and clothing were bought. Moldova Center joined this campaign with many other sponsors, contributing to the purchase of products necessary for these children.
Alexeni is one of the poorest in the areas in the county, being "separated" from the rest of the world because of the access path – a cobbled road of several kilometers, which prevents residents from being able to have a job or provide adequate education to children.
